Professional biography

Mr Fraser has over ten years sports therapy experience delivering deep tissue as well as impartial injury rehabilitation advice, information, treatment and recommendations in a private clinic through to elite sports environment. His experience covers health, fitness and well-being, and he has used his experience as a fitness instructor to devise and tailor effective individual and specific exercise programs.

In elite sport, he has worked with boxers, members of Premiership Rugby’s Sale Sharks RFC, a Scottish Premier League team, Hearts FC, Mixed Martial Artists (MMA) from across the North West and Team GB Taekwondo. He also treated various Paralympic Athletes in the lead up to Beijing (2008), London (2012) and Rio (2016).

His clinic is designed to help individuals reduce the risk or recurrence of injury as well as improving performance levels, through an effective range of hands-on treatments and services available including Physiotherapy, Strength & Conditioning, Podiatry, Hydrotherapy and Cryotherapy.
